Leaders in Politics, Economy and Science will address the audience
on the impact of scientific progress on human society.
The Doge’s Palace or Palazzo Ducale, was the home of the Doges
and the seat of the Venetian government from the ninth ventury to
the fall of the Republic in 1797.
One of the most renowned monuments of the past has been chosen as
the proper and most exclusive site for the Opening ceremony of a
Confrence which looks at the future.

Concert at Teatro La Fenice
Thursday, September 22nd 2005 8.00 p.m.
Campo San Fantin
Teatro La Fenice, after the terribile fire that entirely destroyed
it in January 1996 has been rebuilt “where it was” like
a “Phoenix”, mythical bird whose name the theatre bears.
The theatre will host a private concert for the Conference participants:
a very special setting of a magical evening for all music lovers.

The theatre can be reached from Monaco and Danieli Hotels within
a few minutes walk.
