Following to the requirements stated by art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, on "Personal Data Protection Code" (following: the "Code"), we would inform you that your personal data are/will be processed by the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, with respect to the applicable law, exclusively for the aims related to its purposes and to consider your Registration for the registration and admission to the 7th World Conference on Future Science, by manual instruments as well as informatic and telematic, and oriented to the purposes above as to respect the safety and the confidentiality of the processed data. In relation to your personal data, we inform you, that art. 7 of the Code, recognises to you, in the quality of data subject, specific rights, among which the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration or cancellation of the data. The Controller in charge of your data processing, will be the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, having its registered office in Milano, Piazza Velasca 5, Italy, tel. +39 02 76018187.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations prior to 15 July 2011 will be refunded, but will incur an administration fee of € 50. There will be no refunds after 15 July 2011. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

All refunds will be processed after the completion of the Conference.
According to the Italian law (DLGS 196/2003 art.13) the use of the above data is limited to the Conference Organization purposes, only.

Please note that your registration can only be confirmed after receipt of the full payment. A written confirmation will be forwarded as soon as your registration has been duly processed.
